GOODISON NEWS 🔵 Sean Dyche prepared for Everton sack despite win v Crystal Palace
Everton manager Sean Dyche has come under pressure
Bryan King has suggested that Sean Dyche will be prepared for the scenario which sees him sacked by Everton.
The ex-Goodison scout claims “you never know” what the Friedkin Group will do when they arrive at the club.
As reported by Give Me Sport (23 September), Friedkin has spoken to Gareth Southgate, with a partnership between the ex-England boss and David Moyes being speculated.
Dyche recently guided Everton to their first Premier League win of the season as they beat Crystal Palace 2-1 at Goodison Park on Saturday (28 September).
However, King – speaking exclusively to Goodison News – believes the Everton boss’ future remains up in the air.
“I think Dyche has been trying to project that image of running the club and doing the best for the club that he can,” he said.
“As I said before, I like Dyche, he has a very difficult job there. That win against Crystal Palace was a great boost for the club and the staff.
“It was needed, maybe a corner has been turned we will have to wait and see. However, I think Dyche will be prepared for the scenario that could see him leave.

“He will also be prepared to remain at the football club. You never know with brand-new owners.”
Sean Dyche to be sacked at Everton by the Friedkin Group?
All Dyche can do between now and a takeover being complete at Goodison Park is win matches.
That would put him in the best possible position to keep his job should the Friedkin Group complete their takeover, a deal which is still expected to go through despite recent controversy involving Roma (via Paul Brown, 2 October).
However, even then it might not be enough.
Dan Friedkin might decide that he wants to go in a brand-new direction. Therefore, all Dyche can do is keep his head down, work hard, and most importantly prepare himself for any possible scenario.
